Eirena has been full of quotables today. Here are a few.
"Mommy and Daddy live in a boxcar."
Me: What are you doing?
E: I'm digging for my garden, I've had a hard day.
"I want to get my pennies and go buy some ice cream at the store."
"I don't want to be a goofy kid."
The song she wanted to sing after Bible reading was "godkem, crawlin". We were very puzzled. And then I realized she was asking to sing "Hosanna in the Highest" in Turkish!
My favorite one though, totally unprompted, was:
"Thank you mommy for making this food."
