Mother's Day

For Mother's Day we went to a strawberry farm and picked our own strawberries. Dr. Daddy pointed out red, ripe strawberries to Eirena and picked them and popped them into her mouth. They also had goats, donkeys and horses which Eirena got to pet and feed, so it was a very popular outing.
For dinner we had strawberry shortcake. Dr. Daddy decided that since it was a special occasion, we should have whipped cream.


He also decided that the joys of canned whipped cream outweighed the benefits of the real stuff. He then showed Eirena what one does with canned whipped cream:

And then he gave her a turn:

She was a little overwhelmed

and wasn't entirely sure what to do...

but managed to enjoy it anyway
