Energies

When we go running or let Eirena go running, we have often told her it was "to get some energy out", either of us, the dog or her little body. So now when she is running she tells us that she has "lots of energies to get out", or maybe Uc has lots of energies. So here are some pictures of Uc and Eirena getting their energies out yesterday:
