Eirena has started this thing where she periodically checks in with me, "'Ena good girl?". "Yes, Eirena is a good girl." She particularly does this after I have told her that some specific behavior was naughty. Then she checks in until she is told she is a good girl. But she also will just randomly ask if she is a good girl.
So what I'm wondering is, is this just some developmental phase? Or is she showing early signs of her primary love language being words of affirmation?
Or am I just over analyzing this because I have nothing better to do?
