"nap" time

Eirena still takes a "nap". Occasionally she really does fall asleep. Most of the time, however, she sings, talks, jumps (only on the bed) and spits (her water off the bed). Recently she has added a new way of entertaining herself: catching flies. Somehow there is always a fly in her room at nap time. And she takes it upon herself to catch it. After one session I got her up and she proudly told me her accomplishment. "I was catchin' the fly and I caught it and put it in my mouth and I caught another and popped it on the bed." Hmmm, lovely. Our little Venus....flycatcher, that is.
