The creative version...

First he wrote the Ten Commandments
(on post-it notes with a gold sparkly pen, of course)

(betcha didn't know he had a faithful dog with him on Mt. Sinai)

then he read the 10 Commandments
(and thought that if there had been eleven we would have been able to obey God)

Then he preached them
(you tell it sistah!)
