Scruggy

A while ago Eirena made up a word- scruggy, usually used as an adjective. The other day Efendim was described as "scruggy". Choo choo has also been called scruggy and when she can't do something sometimes the reason Eirena gives is that it is too scruggy. The meaning has a base meaning of something being impossible with hints of dirtiness and agedness.
