If actions speak louder than words why can't my children sort the laundry into the same piles that I have done in their presence for one to four years? i.e. one for pile for each member of the family, not a random assortment of one person's shirt, another one's socks and yet another one's pants.
(And unfortunately, it isn't just the fact that I fold laundry that wears off on them.)

Uncle Wiggily and the brothers- or what is going on around here
Eirena is Uncle Wiggily, the bunny rabbit gentleman. She lives the stories.
And so we did the only sensible thing a parent would do- get her the game so that she can really obsess over it. (It also has improved her counting skills, but that is a side benefit.)

Eirena is very creative in her Uncle Wiggily interpretations.
I tried making a new "tall, silk hat" for the rabbit. She wore it for one day, but went back to the all pink one.
Eskil quite loves crawling, flopping and rolling on the bean bag.
Adisu has suddenly found fun in getting his brother to laugh at/with him.
That's most of what is going on at our nut-house.
